We partnered with Little Hero Foundation, a 501c3, dedicated to funding research for more effective and less invasive cancer treatments for pediatric cancer.
For every pumpkin decorated with gold paint, they donate $1 to pediatric cancer research.
We decorated 50 pumpkins! The decorated pumpkins were then donated to Echo Lake Senior Living and Frazer Food Pantry to brighten their spaces.

Thank you to the East Whiteland Fire Co for hosting us! We had so much fun touring the emergency vehicles, learning about the equipment, and trying out the fire hose.

TSKEC 08057 worked with us to decorate rocks and shells with uplifting messages to spread joy around our communities!

We had a crossover event with our friends from TSKEC 08057 and TSK Newport Beach! We cleaned our favorite beach, 25th street in Ocean City, NJ.
June
We held a lemonade stand and raised $600 to donate to the CHOP Cancer Center in honor of four very deserving families local to our The Sunday Kids EAST COAST 08057 chapter.
May
We planned to clean up the park by collecting leaves and sticks to donate to Back to Earth Composting for their community compost projects and decorate lunch bags for Meals on Wheels of Chester County. Due to rain, we had to cancel this event, but we hope to work with Back to Earth Composting and Meals on Wheels in the near future.
April
We had a great time decorating birdhouses with the residents at Echo Lake Senior Living. We also had a flower bar where the kids made bouquets for the residents to take back to their rooms.
March
We held a virtual food drive for the People's Pantry at Church Road. The food pantry extended a BIG thank you for the 148 pounds of food and toiletries collected during our food drive. The assortment of items donated will help fill up their shelves at the food pantry.
February
We had a great time asking Office Paige and Officer Nick all of our questions. We toured the police department, sat in their PINK police car, and turned on their lights and sirens.
Thank you for your generous donations. We were able to present the police department with $350. They were overwhelmed by the support and extremely appreciative of the thoughtful donations.
January
We spent the afternoon at the Brandywine Valley SPCA visiting with the dogs and cats. We made buckets full of peanut butter dog treats and fed them to the dogs as we visited them.

We joined the residents at Echo Lake Senior Living for a holiday craft and Hot Cocoa!

We collected holiday foods and small food packages for People's Pantry in Malvern .

The 1st Annual Kids Fun Color Run!
We had so much fun! We are excited to announce we raised over $1000, which donated 16 sneakers to Sneakers for Soldiers.

We joined the West Whiteland Township in Make a Difference day! It was a quick – but incredibly effective effort from everyone! Together with all the volunteers, we planted 350 plants for our bioswale, 3 acres of meadow seeds, and 2 acres of grass seed!
August
While many of our friends were enjoying summer vacation, we held a virtual event for August. We collected rocks and shells to decorate with beautiful pictures and uplifting sayings to leave around our local parks and beaches.
Thank you to those who donated back to school supplies supplement the Great Valley School District with supplies needed beyond what the school district provides.

The Sunday Kids EAST COAST and our friends The Sunday Kids EAST COAST 08057 in Moorestown, NJ, have adopted 19th Street beach in Ocean City, NJ. We will be responsible for making sure the beach is clean! We were able to collect 5 bags of trash from the beach and dunes.

The Sunday Kids EAST COAST registered for Alex's Lemonade Stand to support childhood cancer research. We held our lemonade stand in honor of Thomas Melvin, a family friend in remission from Leukemia. Our volunteers were able to raise nearly $1,558!
May
In honor of Mother's Day, we worked with the Home of the Sparrow Women's Shelter . Our volunteers decorated and assembled Summer FUN bags using donated items for the children of the women served at the Home of the Sparrow to help get the kids ready for summer days ahead. As an add-on activity, the kids also made bird feeders to take home and hang at their houses!
April
At Echo Lake Senior Living our volunteers made Hope Rocks and restored the planters on their Memory Unit. The residents that joined us were so excited to watch the kids get to work. Employees of Echo Lake shared with us how excited some residents were to receive decorative rocks from the kids. One woman even told another, “We need to use these rocks to remember what a nice day this was!” What a rewarding day!
March
We partnered with The Chester County Food Bank's "Color Some Kindness"! Our volunteers colored and decorated 75 beautiful boxes for the senior grocery boxes with uplifting drawings and messages. The Chester County Food Bank appreciated the kids' hard work! We were able to donate 327lb of food!
February
The East Whiteland Fire Department put on an amazing demonstration regarding fire safety. The kids loved checking out the fire trucks, ambulances, and their locker room and participating in some activities! The firemen were so excited to receive your cards! Also, with your help, we were about to donate over 500 books to the Chester County Libraries! WOW! That is amazing!
January
We had so much fun making peanut butter sandwich dog treats, and the kids made three buckets full of dog treats to feed the dogs at the Brandywine Valley SPCA. The dogs seemed to enjoy the treats and seeing friendly faces. We were able to check out the cat room as well!
The donations collected for the shelter's furry friends were greatly appreciated!

We were able to make nearly 300 cards! That’s about 100 per facility. We distributed the cards to Echo Lake Senior Living, Sunrise, and the Health Center at Galloway in New Jersey. When delive ring completed cards to Echo Lake Senior Living, we joined their residents in a cookie decorating party!
November
Our volunteers participated in assembling the toiletry kits for
Ronald McDonald House! We had 40 kids assemble 90 toiletry kits.
